Instant Soups from Knorr or Maggi
These are the best ones I know. They are done in 5-20 minutes depending on the soup. Choose from a nice selection that is available in the USA.

Assorted Broths
Many German recipes use broths such as soups or dishes with gravy. Of course you can make your own broth but when time is rare the instant broths are very  helpful.

German Pasta and Spaetzle
If you don’t have the time to make them, use the dried ones. My favorites are the Bechtle Farmer style Spaetzle.

German Dumplings, Knoedel or Kloesse
No time to make the dumpling dough? Use these brands and serve them with Goulash, pork roast or beef roast.
