I am searching for a raspberry tart that my german grandmother use to make. It was a dough made with cream cheese, then raspberry jam was placed in the middle then all four corners were pulled into the middle.
Would you have a recipe that sounds like it may be the one she used?

I sounds like the German “Plunder” with quark. The cream cheese which is used is quark. will see if I can find a recipe.
