Plum Diamonds

Plum jam is a special jam in Germany and is called “Plaumenmus”. It is thicker than the usual jam and of dark brown color but it tastes unbelievable good. Saint Nikolaus Ravioli

December 6th is in Germany a special pre-christmas day: Nikolaus Day. I remember that Saint Nikolaus would visit every home in our community to see if the children were good children.
