1 smaller onion
1 apple, optional
Dressing
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar alternatively Balsamico white
1 splash lemon juice
Chopped parsley and/or chives
2 tbsp natural yoghurt, optional
2 tbsp heavy cream, optional
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash sugar
– Prepare carrots and apple.
– Grate both fine.
– Peel onion and cop very fine.
– Chop parsley and/or chives.
– Combine all dressing ingredients in a bow and mix well.
– Let sit for at least 30 min in fridge before serving.
