Zucchini Beef Casserole

German Zucchini Casserole – Authentic Recipe

The German zucchini casserole is a wonderful dish that you will love. When zucchinis are ripe in summer you don’t know what to do with all of them. This casserole recipe is a good choice. It is easy to make and healthy. If you don’t want to add meat add more vegetables such as tomatoes, broccoli or cauliflower. If you prefer a meatless dish, just don’t use bacon. Happy Cooking!
