All over Germany there are these perfect ice cream parlors that sell ice cream Italian style. One popular cup is the amarena ice cream cup. It might be difficult to find these Amarena cherries but international store can carry them. Stay cool!

Ingredients Amarena Cup

1 scoop chocolate ice cream
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
10 black cherries, favorably Amarena cherries – Find Amarena cherries here – 
whipped cream
chocolate sauce as needed

Instructions Amarena Cup

– Place ice cream into a dessert cup or a glass bowl.
– Spread cherries along the edges.
– Add whipped cream on top.
– pour some chocolate sauce on top of the cream or use some cherry sauce.
