German Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

German Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients German Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

1 kg small to little potatoes
4 garlic cloves
3 fresh branches rosemary
salt, pepper to taste
some olive oil

Cooking Instructions German Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

  • Squeeze peeled garlic cloves through a garlic press and mix with olive oil.
  • Place into fire proof form. Spice with salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Peel potatoes, place into form, mix well so all potatoes are glazed with the oil-garlic mix.
  • Put rosemary branches on top.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven on 370 F (convection) for 30-60 min. Mix all 8-10 min and pour some oil over the potatoes. Potatoes are done when they show a crunchy garlic crust and are slightly brown.
