220 g flour
30 g starch (corn starch or Gustin)
120 g sugar
1 package vanilla sugar 0.3oz – How to make Vanilla Sugar –
200 g butter, soft, unsalted
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
some powdered sugar for dusting
– Combine all ingredients, mix and knead until you get a smooth dough.
– With 2 tea spoons form little heaps which are placed on a baking tray layered with parchment paper. Keep enough distance between the cookies.
– Bake in pre-heated oven for 10-15 min on 200 c or 390 F.
– When the cookies are done dust them right away with powdered sugar.
